Saliba\u2019s employees Adriana Moreno and Mariah Melendez described the positive differences compared to a retail pharmacy. They touched on the many opportunities at Saliba\u2019s and how leadership encourages employee ideas to generate innovation. At Saliba\u2019s, each staff member\u2019s individual skills and abilities are valued and regularly evaluated to ensure they are in a role where they can be successful.<\/p>\n<p>Saliba\u2019s partnership with the Pima Medical Institute is appreciated.
