Last month, Nurse Account Manager Lora Reynolds accompanied Amanda Alexander and Wilmer Ayala to <strong>Brookdale North Scottsdale<\/strong>, where they met Executive Director Nicole Southey, observed a medication pass in action and watched the delivery check-in process. Gaining exposure to this perspective of long-term care pharmacy is beneficial to our employees, as it allows them to fully understand how all of our roles contribute to the overall services we provide our customers.
