<\/p>\nFor the third year in a row, Saliba\u2019s partnered with the Phoenix Rescue Mission to sponsor the organization\u2019s Code:Red Relief campaign to ensure the homeless population and at-risk individuals do not fall victim to Arizona\u2019s scorching summer heat. The Phoenix Rescue Mission is an organization that provides resources and solutions to people in the\u00a0Phoenix community struggling with homelessness, addiction, and trauma. During the summer months, the Phoenix Rescue Mission launches the Code:Red Relief initiative to prevent heat-related deaths among the homeless population.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn addition to battling triple-digit temperatures, the number of homeless men and women in our community has continued to climb while the pandemic limits access to many resources and services,\u201d said Ken Brissa, CEO, Phoenix Rescue Mission.<\/p>\n
To help the organization\u2019s efforts, Saliba\u2019s Phoenix and Tucson locations participated in a drive to gather supplies for the Phoenix Rescue Mission. The pharmacy locations collected and donated 103 cases of water and a variety of hygiene products to the initiative, which were transported by Saliba\u2019s delivery department alongside direct shipments from Costco.<\/p>\n
