The event occurred at Broadway Mesa Village with <em>Fox News<\/em> and other media present for this milestone celebration. Vivian is an extremely independent, active senior who is \u2018sharp as a tack,\u2019 according to Lora. Her spryness is attributed to the daily walks she takes to visit her many friends at the community.
