The dedication Monica demonstrates reduces the effort and work of our customers by solving their problems and ensuring customer loyalty and retention. As a result, she improves customer relations, reduces customer service costs and decreases customer dissatisfaction. She epitomizes our core purpose of &#8220;Helping the Caregiver.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Lora Reynolds, one of our nurse account managers, contacted the customer service department during a training session with a med tech at one of our communities. The med tech was nervous about contacting the pharmacy directly about a list of medications that needed refills. Monica guided the med tech through the process, including checking with a pharmacist to resolve a refill issue.
