Each year, the program takes on a different theme and activities. Part of this year\u2019s program includes recognizing individual contributions on a monthly basis.\u00a0 Throughout the month, comments from co-workers and facilities are collected.\u00a0 At the end of the month, the person with the highest number of compliments is awarded a special parking space and Guardian swag.
