This is all made possible through Guardian\u2019s local-autonomy business model, in which all pharmacies act as partners and learn from each other\u2019s experience and expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, two Guardian SEFL employees \u2013 Isa Brown, billing supervisor, and Shawn Neel, collections specialist \u2013 traveled to Phoenix, AZ for several days of networking and training with Saliba\u2019s Extended Care Pharmacy.\u00a0 During the trip, Isa and Shawn were able to share ideas with the Saliba\u2019s staff and further explore new and conventional ways of conducting business.
