October was the month set aside to celebrate the invaluable contributions our pharmacists and technicians make to resident care. There’s no doubt that the role they play is an integral part of the health care team.

It was a busy month of awareness promotion and events that highlighted the importance pharmacists and technicians. These days provided a meaningful way to affirm their hard work and celebrate our own pharmacy staff. We urge each of you to continue to, not only recognize your own pharmacy staff, but give each person a heartfelt thank you for all they do.
