John Saliba’s annual Valentine’s Day tradition of appreciating his team continued in 2026.
Starting years ago with just seven employees, Saliba’s Extended Care Pharmacy has grown to over 300 dedicated team members, delivering specialized long-term care pharmacy services across Arizona.
The best part of the event is John’s personal touch with his thoughtful handwritten notes to every employee recognizing their unique contributions to our mission of compassionate, high-quality care for senior living and skilled nursing communities.
This year’s celebration, in addition to the handwritten notes, featured boxes of chocolates for all, plus bouquets of red roses to brighten the pharmacy – inviting everyone to take one home or share with a loved one.
