Chris joined Guardian in May 2012. As Senior Director of Purchasing and Business Analytics for Guardian, Chris leverages his analytical background to lead the company’s strategic supply chain initiatives. In his role, Chris is responsible for identifying and executing cost reduction and process improvement opportunities for purchasing and strategic sourcing and developing customer pricing strategies. Chris is a graduate of Appalachian State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

Bethany Bramwell, RPh, BCGP

Senior Director, Marketing

Bethany is a board-certified geriatric pharmacist and seasoned professional with extensive experience in long-term care pharmacy. She graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University School of Pharmacy in 1999 and is an active member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists. In her role as Senior Director of Marketing, she establishes and drives the strategic vision for Guardian’s growth marketing, communications and public relations initiatives.

Senior Director, Talent Acquisition

Barri oversees talent acquisition and has helped build a team of highly skilled talent acquisition specialists focused on supporting our pharmacies’ growth initiatives. Barri graduated from Capella University, where she earned her BA in Sales & Marketing. She spent 9+ years in long-term care sales before transitioning to recruiting. Barri joined Guardian in 2007 as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Guardian where she is able to leverage her knowledge of the industry, challenging talent landscape and a vast network.

Senior Director, Enterprise Resource Planning

Jaleynne is a seasoned HR professional with a passion for leadership and organizational growth. Since 2016, she has been an integral member of the Guardian support team, excelling in progressive roles within the HR department. She holds a BBA in marketing from the University of West Georgia and leverages her project management skills to drive innovative solutions for the organization. Her commitment to excellence has led her to her current role as the Senior Director of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), where she continues to make a significant impact on Guardian’s success.

Bill Speas
Bill Speas

Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management

Bill joined Guardian in 2016. As head of the revenue cycle management process, Bill manages all accounting aspects of the process, while supporting our pharmacies on an ongoing basis. He also leads the regulatory and licensing group for the company. Prior to Guardian, Bill had 11+ years of progressive accounting experience, starting in public accounting, then working in various roles for public and private companies. Bill earned his B.S. in Business Administration from UNC – Chapel Hill and his M.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest.

Chad Tobaden

Controller

Chad joined Guardian in 2019. As Controller, he oversees all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, external audit services, and accounts payable. He’s built a strong team of accounting professionals, including many CPAs. Chad graduated from the University of Georgia with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and prior to Guardian, spent the majority of his 15-year career with Fortune 500 companies supporting accounting and finance both domestically and internationally.

Senior Director, Organizational Development

Robin joined Guardian in October 2021. As Senior Director of Organizational Development, Robin is responsible for company-wide strategic initiatives to attract, retain and develop employee skills to best align with business objectives. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of North Carolina at Asheville and a Master’s degree in Organizational and Global Leadership from York University.
