
As president of Guardian Pharmacy of the Piedmont and sister pharmacies Winyah Pharmacy Solutions and Preferred Care Pharmacy, David oversees operations, sales and marketing, financials, account management and profitability. With over 30 years of experience, the majority of his focus has been in long-term care. David also has experience in hospital business development and operations, as well as skilled nursing facility administration and operations.

As president of Managed Healthcare Pharmacy, Gil oversees strategic operations and brings more than 40 years of leadership experience across banking, technology, retail, and long-term care pharmacy. Prior to entering the pharmacy field, he co-founded Community State Bank of Galva, co-owned a multi-store supermarket business, and served in executive roles at Point Control Company and SpecTech, Inc. Gil has led Managed Healthcare Pharmacy since 2002 and has been deeply involved in Rotary and local community boards for decades. He enjoys travel, reading, poker, and time with his growing family.

An experienced healthcare leader with a background in LTC pharmacy operations, Jay received his Pharm.D. from the University of Illinois-Chicago. He combines technology-driven innovation with a passion for serving others. With diverse healthcare experience and a belief that simpler medication management leads to higher quality care, he strives to enhance the pharmacy experience for residents.

Joel joined Southern Pharmacy Services in 2007 and has more than 20 years of LTC pharmacy experience. A graduate of the University of North Carolina, he previously served as director of operations in Kernersville, supporting both local and system-wide projects. Today, Joel leads the Kernersville team with the same dedication and expertise that have defined his career.

Kyle received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is a fourth-generation long-term care provider and has grown up entrenched in this industry. Much of his early years were spent in his family’s facilities.

Linda Witzal, RPh, is the President of Freedom Pharmacy in Randolph, NJ. With over 35 years of long-term care pharmacy experience, she combines local expertise with a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Marc Swann, RPh, has 20 years of experience managing the operations of institutional pharmacies. Prior to joining Guardian, Mr. Swann held managerial and executive positions with Lutheran Services for The Aging and Stanley Lab, Inc. He was responsible for opening and operating a long term care pharmacy to provide services to the skilled facilities owned by LSA. Mr. Swann successfully started the pharmacy for LSA at which time he joined Stanley Lab, where he played a significant role in operations and business development. Mr. Swann is a 1992 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Olivia has been part of Southern Pharmacy Services since 2003 and now serves as president of the Pink Hill location. Over the years, she has held leadership roles in order entry, the call center, cycle fill and operational support, later becoming director of pharmacy operations. Olivia’s deep knowledge of the business and strong relationships guide her leadership today.

As president of Managed Healthcare Pharmacy, Randall oversees operations, customer service, and pharmacy performance across the region. With more than 30 years of experience in long-term care pharmacy, he founded Managed Healthcare Pharmacy in 1991, building a strong foundation of resident-focused service and clinical excellence. A registered pharmacist in Oregon since 1986, Randall and his team support thousands of patients throughout Oregon and Washington, partnering closely with communities to deliver high-quality medication management and care.
