
David has overseen the growth of ETPS and MTPS which now services approximately 6,000 patients. David has led the expansion of the Tennessee footprint, opening LTC pharmacies in both Memphis and Knoxville. He now focuses on business operations and pharmacy leadership.

As president of Guardian Pharmacy of the Piedmont and sister pharmacies Winyah Pharmacy Solutions and Preferred Care Pharmacy, David oversees operations, sales and marketing, financials, account management and profitability. With over 30 years of experience, the majority of his focus has been in long-term care. David also has experience in hospital business development and operations, as well as skilled nursing facility administration and operations.

As president of Managed Healthcare Pharmacy, Gil oversees strategic operations and brings more than 40 years of leadership experience across banking, technology, retail, and long-term care pharmacy. Prior to entering the pharmacy field, he co-founded Community State Bank of Galva, co-owned a multi-store supermarket business, and served in executive roles at Point Control Company and SpecTech, Inc. Gil has led Managed Healthcare Pharmacy since 2002 and has been deeply involved in Rotary and local community boards for decades. He enjoys travel, reading, poker, and time with his growing family.

An experienced healthcare leader with a background in LTC pharmacy operations, Jay received his Pharm.D. from the University of Illinois-Chicago. He combines technology-driven innovation with a passion for serving others. With diverse healthcare experience and a belief that simpler medication management leads to higher quality care, he strives to enhance the pharmacy experience for residents.

Jeff has been with Guardian Pharmacy for over 10 years. He is an experienced business leader with strong strategic, tactical and technical skills. His emphasis is in retail operations, productivity, and expense control. Jeff inspires others to think systemically, innovate, and serve others by embracing authentic leadership.

Jim brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership to his role as president of the Gainesville pharmacy. He began his career in pharmacy operations with the U.S. Air Force, later leading a national mail order pharmacy and overseeing specialty and homecare services for a regional health provider. Jim is committed to building on that experience to support his team and community.

Joel joined Southern Pharmacy Services in 2007 and has more than 20 years of LTC pharmacy experience. A graduate of the University of North Carolina, he previously served as director of operations in Kernersville, supporting both local and system-wide projects. Today, Joel leads the Kernersville team with the same dedication and expertise that have defined his career.

John founded Saliba’s Extended Care Pharmacy in 1999 to serve the needs of assisted living facilities, adult care homes, and skilled nursing facilities throughout the state of Arizona. John is an accomplished and respected pharmacy leader and has built a solid reputation in the long-term care industry.

Khristy entered the long-term care industry in 2004 because of her passion to help others. Under her leadership, the Jacksonville pharmacy is continually recognized as a service leader throughout Florida. Khristy is quick to give credit for this growth and success to her dynamic team.

Kyle received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is a fourth-generation long-term care provider and has grown up entrenched in this industry. Much of his early years were spent in his family’s facilities.
