David also has experience in hospital business development and operations, as well as skilled nursing facility administration and operations.

As president of Managed Healthcare Pharmacy, Gil oversees strategic operations and brings more than 40 years of leadership experience across banking, technology, retail, and long-term care pharmacy. Prior to entering the pharmacy field, he co-founded Community State Bank of Galva, co-owned a multi-store supermarket business, and served in executive roles at Point Control Company and SpecTech, Inc. Gil has led Managed Healthcare Pharmacy since 2002 and has been deeply involved in Rotary and local community boards for decades. He enjoys travel, reading, poker, and time with his growing family.
