Jeff has been with Guardian Pharmacy for over 10 years. He is an experienced business leader with strong strategic, tactical and technical skills. His emphasis is in retail operations, productivity, and expense control. Jeff inspires others to think systemically, innovate, and serve others by embracing authentic leadership.
As head of purchasing, Jeff oversees Guardian’s supply chain management, vendor relations and contracting, with an additional focus on customer pricing strategies and analysis. Jeff received his B.A. in Accounting from Western Michigan University and has 25+ years of financial operations and accounting experience. Prior to joining Guardian in 2007, Jeff held leadership positions with companies in the healthcare sector.
Johanna Readinger, R.Ph., Pharm.D., began her career at Guardian more than 12 years ago as a staff pharmacist and was promoted to director of operations nine years ago. She has worked in the LTC industry for nearly 30 years. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University in 1998.
John founded Saliba’s Extended Care Pharmacy in 1999 to serve the needs of assisted living facilities, adult care homes, and skilled nursing facilities throughout the state of Arizona. John is an accomplished and respected pharmacist and operator and has built a solid reputation in the long-term care industry.
Khristy entered the long-term care industry in 2004 because of her passion to help others. Under her leadership, the Jacksonville pharmacy is continually recognized as a service leader throughout Florida. Khristy is quick to give credit for this growth and success to her dynamic team.
Kyle received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is a fourth-generation long-term care provider and has grown up entrenched in this industry. Much of his early years were spent in his family’s facilities.
Laura joined Guardian in May 2011 as Director of Pharmacy Operations, bringing prior leadership experience from a national retail pharmacy organization. Over the past 15 years, she has played a critical role in the growth and evolution of the Jacksonville pharmacy.
Linda Witzal, RPh, is the President of Freedom Pharmacy in Randolph, NJ. With over 35 years of long-term care pharmacy experience, she combines local expertise with a commitment to high-quality patient care.
Marc Swann, RPh, has 20 years of experience managing the operations of institutional pharmacies. Prior to joining Guardian, Mr. Swann held managerial and executive positions with Lutheran Services for The Aging and Stanley Lab, Inc. He was responsible for opening and operating a long term care pharmacy to provide services to the skilled facilities owned by LSA. Mr. Swann successfully started the pharmacy for LSA at which time he joined Stanley Lab, where he played a significant role in operations and business development. Mr. Swann is a 1992 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Marybeth Terry is a sixth-generation pharmacist with more than 25 years of experience in long-term care pharmacy. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999. In 2003, she and her husband, Chad, founded Southern Pharmacy Services in Pink Hill, North Carolina. Southern Pharmacy Services joined Guardian Pharmacy Services in 2011, and Marybeth has continued to serve in leadership roles supporting the growth and success of the organization.
