
Olivia has been part of Southern Pharmacy Services since 2003 and now serves as president of the Pink Hill location. Over the years, she has held leadership roles in order entry, the call center, cycle fill and operational support, later becoming director of pharmacy operations. Olivia’s deep knowledge of the business and strong relationships guide her leadership today.

Nathan Stauffer serves as president for Guardian Pharmacy of Michigan. Prior to Guardian, Nathan co-founded TruCare LTC Pharmacy and built a successful track record serving assisted living and traumatic brain injury facilities. He lives in Grand Rapids with his wife, Meghan, and their four daughters.

As president of Managed Healthcare Pharmacy, Randall oversees operations, customer service, and pharmacy performance across the region. With more than 30 years of experience in long-term care pharmacy, he founded Managed Healthcare Pharmacy in 1991, building a strong foundation of resident-focused service and clinical excellence. A registered pharmacist in Oregon since 1986, Randall and his team support thousands of patients throughout Oregon and Washington, partnering closely with communities to deliver high-quality medication management and care.

Reece received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Idaho State University with a double major in Accounting & Computer information Systems. In 2001, he entered the long-term care pharmacy industry when PharmEase, Heartland Pharmacy, opened its doors. Under his leadership, Heartland Pharmacy has grown to four locations serving the Mountain West LTC market.

Renae brings 30 years of experience with Southern Pharmacy Services to her role as president in Wytheville. A Campbell University graduate, she has served as a staff pharmacist, consultant pharmacist and pharmacist supervisor, most recently directing operations. Her long history with the team reflects her passion for providing excellent care and leadership.

Rhonda has spent the past 26 years in the LTC industry in both operations and consulting. She obtained her pharmacy degree from University of Oklahoma and has a board certification in geriatrics. Rhonda previously served as director of clinical services and account management at the pharmacy.

Rich brings more than 25 years of experience in the long-term care pharmacy industry, spanning account management, business development, and national sales. Prior to joining Guardian in 2012, he served as Sales Director for Omnicare and Vice President of Business Development for Heritage Healthcare. He has deep expertise in growing local LTC pharmacy businesses while building a national presence in the marketplace. Earlier in his career, he held administration, business development, and management roles with IBM and Aramark for 17 years.

Rob is president and owner of Guardian Pharmacy of Tampa, which he opened in 2008. A graduate from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in 1990, he has been working in long term care for more than 25 years.

Mr. Dunn’s credentials include a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi; a Six Sigma Black Belt earned at Villanova University and an MBA (in process) from the Kelley School of Business of Indiana University. He has more than 14 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing at Eli Lilly and in long-term care pharmacy management. Most recently, he served as president of Tara Pharmacy, where he was responsible for a three-pharmacy operation.

Robin joined ETPS in 2014 and has worked in the long-term care/assisted living arena since 2000. She works daily to ensure we are providing exceptional service and personalized care to our facilities and residents.
