Chief Financial Officer

Since joining Guardian Pharmacy Services in 2012, Will Mudd has played a key role in building the company’s finance organization and supporting its growth into one of the nation’s largest long-term care pharmacy companies. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees Guardian’s financial strategy, financial operations and several key corporate functions, including human resources, investor relations and revenue cycle management, helping ensure the company is well positioned for continued growth.

Throughout his tenure, Will has held progressive leadership roles within Guardian’s finance organization and was instrumental in the company’s transition to a publicly traded company. His leadership has helped strengthen Guardian’s financial infrastructure while supporting the entrepreneurial culture and operational excellence that have fueled the company’s success.

Prior to joining Guardian, Will spent nearly a decade in public accounting, serving clients ranging from private equity-backed businesses to mature public companies across a variety of industries. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with an Accounting concentration from Presbyterian College and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Georgia.
