In multiple sessions over several weeks during June and July, supervisors from Tampa and Southeast Florida pharmacies met in Naples, Florida, for training. The 36 hours of training featured insight into topics such as performance management, building your team for service, hiring the best talent, employment law and interpersonal communication.
During the closing session, participants received a certificate of completion. In addition to the training sessions, the supervisors participated in team-building activities and open forums to share best practices for maintaining a service-oriented team.
