An experienced healthcare leader with a background in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy operations, Jay will oversee all aspects of daily operations, cultivate customer relationships, and assist with the company’s overall growth. From its 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art pharmacy located in North Port, they serve residents in assisted living and behavioral health communities as well as individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the region from Sarasota to Fort Myers.
Mike Klein, former president and founder of Guardian Pharmacy of Southwest Florida, remains actively involved in pharmacy operations.
Before joining Guardian Pharmacy of Southwest Florida, Jay served as executive vice president and acting chief operating officer at Symbria, where he oversaw pharmacy and therapy operations and led the company through a period of remarkable growth. Jay earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
