Women We Admire has named Guardian Pharmacy of Maine’s President, Courtney Oland, as one of the top 50 Women Leaders in Maine for 2024.
Women We Admire is one of the fastest-growing professional women’s networks, comprising some of the most accomplished female executives and leaders across the U.S. and Canada.
The list includes leaders from companies in Maine such as Morgan Stanley, Intuit, RE/MAX, and more.
Oland has served as pharmacy president for more than eight years. She previously served as the director of pharmacy operations and has been with Guardian Pharmacy for nearly 20 years.
According to the announcement, Oland “continuously worked to uphold the company’s commitment to providing exceptional long-term pharmacy care. She focused on empowering the communities and residents served, enabling them to spend less time managing pharmacy needs and more time caring for and improving the lives of residents.”
Oland received her pharmacy degree from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from the University of Southern Maine.
