Guardian Holds Summer Leadership Meetings

Guardian Pharmacy Services recently hosted two key leadership gatherings designed to strengthen collaboration, drive innovation, and enhance the employee experience across the company.
HR Summit
In late July, nearly 30 human resources and talent acquisition professionals convened in Atlanta for the Guardian HR Summit. Over two days, the HR business partners, generalists, benefits specialists, and talent acquisition teams collaborated on strategies to support professional growth and improve the employee experience company-wide. The summit also included a team-building exercise through a hands-on cooking challenge with Team Building with Taste.
Director of Operations Meeting
Guardian’s annual Director of Operations meeting, held August 5-7 in Atlanta, brought together pharmacy leaders from across the country for three days of connecting, discussion and strategic planning. The sessions focused on sharing best practices, exploring new approaches to operational excellence, and identifying ways to continue meeting the evolving needs of Guardian’s long-term care and senior living community partners and the residents they serve.
