Middle Tennessee Pharmacy Services Promotes Carrie Beth Gregory to Co-President
Middle Tennessee Pharmacy Services has promoted Carrie Beth Gregory to pharmacy co-president. Gregory will oversee daily operations and drive the pharmacy’s strategic growth initiatives. She joins Russ Spivey, who continues serving as co-president with a focus on sales and account management, in leading the pharmacy. Gregory succeeds former co-president David Brown, who was recently promoted to senior vice president of Guardian Pharmacy Services’ Central region.
Gregory joined Middle Tennessee Pharmacy Services just one year after its founding and has served in several leadership roles over the past 20 years, including data entry supervisor, assistant director of operations, and director of operations. During her tenure, she has been instrumental in advancing the pharmacy’s operations and strengthening the teams that drive its success. Her deep institutional knowledge and proven leadership position her well to help guide Middle Tennessee Pharmacy Services into its next phase of growth.
