Rob is president and owner of Guardian Pharmacy of Tampa, which he opened in 2008. A graduate from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in 1990, he has been working in long term care for more than 25 years.
Marybeth and Chad started Southern Pharmacy Services in 2003. He started as a consultant pharmacist and rotated inside to learn operations. Over the years, Chad has focused on the finance side of the company while Marybeth has focused on the sales side of the company. Both Chad and Marybeth work together managing the operations of the pharmacy.
Marybeth attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated in 1999 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy. Marybeth and Chad started Southern Pharmacy Services in Pink Hill in 2003. Both Chad and Marybeth work together managing the operations of the pharmacy.
Linda Witzal, RPh, is the President of Freedom Pharmacy in Randolph, NJ. With over 35 years of long-term care pharmacy experience, she combines local expertise with a commitment to high-quality patient care.
Jim brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership to his role as president of the Gainesville pharmacy. He began his career in pharmacy operations with the U.S. Air Force, later leading a national mail order pharmacy and overseeing specialty and homecare services for a regional health provider. Jim is committed to building on that experience to support his team and community.
Olivia has been part of Southern Pharmacy Services since 2003 and now serves as president of the Pink Hill location. Over the years, she has held leadership roles in order entry, the call center, cycle fill and operational support, later becoming director of pharmacy operations. Olivia’s deep knowledge of the business and strong relationships guide her leadership today.
Renae brings 30 years of experience with Southern Pharmacy Services to her role as president in Wytheville. A Campbell University graduate, she has served as a staff pharmacist, consultant pharmacist and pharmacist supervisor, most recently directing operations. Her long history with the team reflects her passion for providing excellent care and leadership.
Joel joined Southern Pharmacy Services in 2007 and has more than 20 years of LTC pharmacy experience. A graduate of the University of North Carolina, he previously served as director of operations in Kernersville, supporting both local and system-wide projects. Today, Joel leads the Kernersville team with the same dedication and expertise that have defined his career.
Charmaine brings 34 years of experience to the pharmacy industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Her career began with a national retail chain, where she dedicated 13 years to roles ranging from pharmacy technician, store manager and training development specialist. For the past 21 years, Charmaine has shifted her focus to the long-term care sector, where she has become deeply involved in the medical records and operations aspects of this vital industry. Her insights help ensure compliance and drive improvements in care delivery and operational effectiveness.
As president of Guardian Pharmacy of the Piedmont and sister pharmacies Winyah Pharmacy Solutions and Preferred Care Pharmacy, David oversees operations, sales and marketing, financials, account management and profitability. With over 30 years of experience, the majority of his focus has been in long-term care. David also has experience in hospital business development and operations, as well as skilled nursing facility administration and operations.
