Guardian Pharmacy of Texas, a member of Guardian Pharmacy Services, one of the nation’s largest and most innovative long-term care (LTC) pharmacy companies, today announced the promotion of Rhonda Gentry as president. In her new role, Rhonda will oversee all aspects of daily operations and customer relationships and assist with the company’s overall growth. Headquartered in Arlington, Guardian Pharmacy of Texas serves residents in assisted living, skilled nursing and behavioral health communities as well as individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Texas.
An industry expert with over 25 years of LTC experience, Rhonda previously served as director of clinical services and account management at Guardian Pharmacy of Texas. In this role, she supervised nurse account managers and cultivated positive client relationships advising on regulatory issues and providing customer staff training.
Rhonda is a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and received her Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma.
